Neste self-service can be used anytime, anywhere, managing your Neste credit and prepaid cards – card payments and mobile payments – in one place.
As a new service, you can activate mobile payment in self-service, order virtual cards for payment in the Neste app and manage them in real time.
If you have a private payment card but do not yet use self-service, register HERE . Simply enter your Neste customer number, last invoice number, personal code and click the Otsi (Search) button. You will find the customer number on your Neste invoice.
NB! Self-service is only available to Neste payment card holders. Discount card users are asked to contact the customer service department.
If you have a company payment card but do not yet use self-service, fill out an application for using self-service. We will create a user ID and send you a link where you can set your password.

In self-service you will find the following functions:
|     | Payment cards : ordering an additional card, updating a card/PIN code, changing the card status and limit, changing information on reports, account balance data. | 
|  | Mobile payment: order a virtual card, refuel remotely, request mileage and vehicle identification, change status, change limit, change report information, account balance data. |

 | Invoice archive: invoices for the last 12 months in PDF format. | 
|   | Payment transaction reports: reports on product groups, card transactions and transactions. | 
|  | Prices : current contract prices | 
|  | Alerts: Order an account balance alert | 
|  | Receipts: copies of receipts for purchases in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. |
